{"id":1166,"date":"2022-09-20T13:03:34","date_gmt":"2022-09-20T11:03:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vintrospektiv.de\/?p=1166"},"modified":"2022-10-09T11:27:22","modified_gmt":"2022-10-09T09:27:22","slug":"workshop-at-vcfb-8-9-october","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vintrospektiv.de\/index.php\/2022\/09\/workshop-at-vcfb-8-9-october\/","title":{"rendered":"Workshop at VCFB, 8-9 October"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>At the <a href=\"https:\/\/vcfb.de\/2022\/\">Vintage Computing Festival Berlin<\/a> on 8-9 October this year, I will give a workshop on composing on the C64 with Chris H\u00fclsbeck&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vgmpf.com\/Wiki\/index.php?title=Soundmonitor\">Soundmonitor<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Details to follow, but I can tell you already that I will provide a USB drive with emulators for Windows and Linux and the Soundmonitor file for everyone to follow the workshop on their laptops. We will create some sounds and a full (though probably short) song, which will also be available for download at the end of the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s limited to 15 people, so if you&#8217;re interested, be sure to register as soon as you can (registration will probably open by the end of September).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edit 1, 22 September: Information I forgot \u2013 1. It&#8217;s going to be free of charge. 2. I&#8217;m planning to hold the workshop in German, but if there are English-speaking people participating we&#8217;ll surely find a way to accommodate everybody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edit 2, 5 October: Apparently it will be on Sunday at 14:00 to 17:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edit 3, 9 October: Unfortunately, I awoke with a bad cold today, so I have to cancel the event.
